FORMAT AND RULES

  1. 4 vs 4 plus Goalie
  2. Non-Checking League
  3. All Games Shall Have:
    • Three 15 min. Periods Running Time.
    • 1 Min. Break Between Periods.
    • One Time Out Per Team Per Game.
  4. Foul Language will not be TOLERATED!
  5. All Players will be Played a Minimum of 5 min. per Game.
